For some time I have been bombarding by e-mails like that one ( a name of a sender is changing, of course):
"Hello Jacek Jaworski,
I have a system that works the odds in online casinos' French roulette.
If you don’t believe me do what I did: play for fun, verify that it works and only then, change to real money.
And then don’t miss out thanking me.
You must give this a chance, trust me.

I checked the link (money-mark.org) and there was an invitation to play French roulette with offered (free of charge) the "great" system to win. The main point of the system it was paying 64 euros to a casino and the casino give you as a bonus next 64 euros so you had totally 128 euros. Excellent! And what you should to do next? And so, the inventor of the "great " system suggest you to bet two dozens for example 1-12 and 13-24 by two euros (euro per dozen). If you win you earn 1 euro, if you lose you should bet these same two dozens but by doubled money ( 2 euros per dozen). If you lose again you should double down again (4 euros per dozen). Due to the inventor's suggests having 128 euros you can do seven bets one by one. The author of the system promises you a prize 3000 euros monthly if you will use the system. I began to calculate. If I lose in the first bet in second bet I can win 6 euros. And in the first bet I lost 2 euros and next I bet 4 euros so I invested totally 6 euros and I won 6 euros so so the result is 0 euros profit :-( . OK, but if I will lose in the second bet and win in the third bet? In third bet I invest 8 euros (4 euros per dozen) and I can win 12 euros. But But I have invested already 14 euros (2+4+8). It means even if I win in the third bet I will lose 2 euros :-( With next bets it is going steadily downhill. I suppose that the person who sends these emails works for casinos which advertisements are in the description of the system.
I can provide, of course for free, another system for two dozens which seems more effective. If you pay to a casino 72 euros you will get from the casino next 72 euros and finally you will have 144 euros. Next you bet two dozens by 1 euro (50 cents per dozen). If you win you will earn 50 cents, if you lose you bet these same dozens by 3 euros (1.5 euro per dozen). And again if you win - your profit is 50 cents , if you lose you bet again these dozens by 10 euros ( 5 euro per dozen). I know that this is boring enumeration but if you win - you earn 1 euro, if lose - you invest 30 euros for bet these same dozens (15 euros per dozen). And if you win this time - your profit is again 1 euro, if you lose - you make the final bet 100 euros for these same dozens (50 euros per dozen). If you win this time - you earn 6 euros. If you lose - damn, you lost your 72 euros :-( But the probability of loss in five games one by one is 13/37 (we add 0 field) to fifth power, it means around 0,00535436707195695. So the probability of winning is 1 - 0,00535436707195695 = 0,994645632928043. Before you start real games you can make one trial without money and you will see which dozen won. So you will bet two other dozens. So in this case probability of lost all 5 bets is 0,00188126410636325 because finally we have 6 bets not 5 ones. And the probability of success is 0,998118735893637. Of course, experts of probability can tell that every bet is independent and you cannot include known result to calculation of probability of unknown values. OK, fair enough so let's stay with this "small" value 0,994645632928043. It seems that you should win in every series of bets except cases when you have awfully bad luck and the system wins any time. But I am an experimenter and I checked the system in a website of Eurocasino, where I could play for free. I lost money :-( Of course from probability we can find that every 187 games you should lose 144 euros. Median of the prize is 1 euro per game. So you should earn 43 euros per the cycle of games. But from my experience the loss is much often than 187 games.
